Did you know that milk increases joint pain for those suffering from arthritis? Many arthritics report a decrease in pain when they eliminate dairy. </description>

Btw oatmeal can lower cholesterol levels, has positive effects on weight maintenance and reduces the risk of gaining weight. It can be called the best breakfast :)</description>
